Sámara is small sunny village sitting along the southern Pacific coast of the Nicoya Peninsula in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. All the area is a tranquil beach paradise known with picture-perfect scenery. North of the palm-lined main beach, Playa Sámara, you find the less visited Playa Buena Vista, a sea turtle nesting site. The Buena Vista estuary mangroves are home to crocodiles and herons.

I'm a Belgian based in Ecuador since 1992. My passion for photography comes from my love of the outdoors, nature, the mountains, the sea. I want to encapsulate some magical moments and share some of the most extraordinary places on earth with all those who are sensitive to the beauty of this wonderful nature.
