One of the gems of Argentina Patagonia. Wandering though the beautiful Los Glaciares National Park, home of the Fitz Roy mountain range. Mount Fitz Roy, also called Cerro Chalton, has the meaning of smoking mountain due to the clouds often occurring around his peak. Los Glaciares National Park is the largest national park in the country.It is located in the area known as Austral Andes in Argentina. As the name of the park suggests, Los Glaciares is home to a large number of glaciers; in fact, there are 356 of them! By his magnificent natural beauty, it constitutes a wonder in the world, and was declared "World Heritage" by UNESCO in 1981.
