Description
Playa piqueros near the resort and fishing village of Salango on the Pacific coast of Ecuador is an extensive beach of fine yellow and white sand, whose gentle waves are ideal for water sports.
This beach was first occupied by the Valdivia culture (1,800 B.C.).
The piqueros beach is nice to visit from June to September where you can observe the migration of whales.
